Perlu diingat identitas trigonometri pada sudut-sudut berlawanan tanda, yaitu

sin(θ)=sinθ\sin\left(-\theta\right)=-\sin\theta

cos(θ)=cosθ\cos\left(-\theta\right)=\cos\theta

tan(θ)=tanθ\tan\left(-\theta\right)=-\tan\theta
